I suspect you’d like to know a bit more. You’ve come to the right place!
I created Archives of Adventure as a place to document my travel adventures and allow my travels to be shared with others. It has since morphed into a resource for average travelers everywhere. This blog is for those who live average lives: Average income. Average career. Average lifestyle.
When it comes to travel style, I am in the middle of the spectrum. I won’t be spending my travels in luxurious resorts, sporting $100 designer flip-flops, but I will also not be hitchhiking through South-East Asia with one set of clothing to my name. I like to save money, but I also believe in safety (especially as a woman who often travels solo).

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to see the world and understand its people. I believe that being able to travel is all about properly aligning your priorities, and if traveling is what you want to do, then you can make it happen.
The world is not as scary as you think it is. You may be intimidated by the prospects of the unknown, but if I’ve learned anything from traveling it’s that “what is different, is not necessarily bad or wrong.“
