One of the reasons I love Washington DC so much is that it’s actually a super cheap place to visit. My friends and I spent one whole day in DC and only spent money on corn dogs and delicious New York-style pizza. There is just so much to do in DC and you can do it all without spending a dime! Here is a list of free things to do in Washington DC that will excite both you and your wallet.
1) Tour the Monuments & Memorials
You could easily spend a whole day just viewing all the different monuments and memorials in Washington DC. Luckily, they are all free to view! I recommend visiting them at night too!
